Spring , your liver and yoga

Spring , a time for new beginnings and blossoming.        
According to chinese medecine the liver is the spring organ.
The emotion is anger, irritability, if out of balance.
The colour is green.

Keep your liver in balance by doing yoga poses such as seated forward bends, standing forward bends , salabhasana or a twisting posture. These postures stimulate, tone and help in detoxifying  the liver and other organs.
