Today in Yoga with Children some pre-christmas fun. One child stands in Tree pose, the other has a bag of colored paper, ballons, bells & 30 seconds to decorate the "Human" christmas tree. Woohooooo!. Information on 2015 Yoga en famille monthly saturday morning workshops coming soon.
